Inspired by the Scottish Highlands with its abundance of wildlife and vast range of contrasting landscapes; from moors and mountains, waterfalls and lochs, to sand at the water’s edge. "I love the process of creating prints using different methods, where part of the fun is not knowing what the end result will be. I love experimenting and each finished piece is unique."

Patience and skill combine in monoprint, drypoint etching, collagraph, lino cut and mixed media techniques. New work includes creating eco dyed paper; the natural colours of plants are extracted to create fascinating background colours and shapes on which printing then takes place.
“I take inspiration from my surroundings in the Scottish Highlands with its abundance of wildlife and vast range of contrasting landscapes, from the moors and mountains, waterfalls and lochs to the turquoise waters and white sands of the beautiful beaches.”
