From her home on the Black Isle, Doda finds endless inspiration in the ever-shifting natural world that surrounds her. She has long been fascinated by the minutiae of nature, and can lose herself for hours working on the intricacies. Whether she uses acrylic, watercolour, coloured pencil, or gouache — even when painting a larger image— she cannot stop herself from focusing on the tiny details.
Doda exhibited and sold several original minature works at Alchemist Gallery over winter 25/26 as part of 'Into the Woods'. We are pleased to continue to offer her delightful works during 2026.
